About the Parsons CD Lecture Series

Parsons Communication Design Lecture Series invites designers with a unique perspective on practice; not only to learn from their work but also from the way they work. What drives their work and how do they sustain interest? What are the various forces that shape their projects? How do they manage conflicting interests in collaborations? The series is supported by the School of Art Media and Technology at Parsons School of Design.

🏁 Typefaces

All good design begins with type

Typefoundry: Learning how to select and use typefaces is a fundamental requirement for being a designer. Typefaces must be purchased in order to be used. However, a growing number of type foundries offer trial fonts which allow you to test and use their typefaces in your school assignments on a limited basis.
